Our store is located in downtown historic Fort Smith, Arkansas at 505 Garrison Avenue!
What are your store hours?
Our store front is open 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Saturday. Come see us! Our online shop is open 24/7. If you need assistance with an online order or have a question, the best time to reach us is between 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Friday. If you need something outside of that time period, feel free to email us or leave a voicemail message!
Are all of your online items also located in your store?
We do keep similar products and styles both online and in-store, but the products are not always the same. Come visit our store on Garrison Ave. to see the rest of our amazing styles!
Can I sign up to receive your e-mails?
Of course, you can sign up HERE. When you sign up for our e-mails, you'll receive notifications of new arrivals and any sales or discounts! Don't worry, we won't fill up your inbox. We only send out the important stuff!
ORDERING AND SHIPPING:
Is your site secure?
Yes! When you check out, you are using Shopify's secure network. Click HERE to view Shopify's full statement on security and privacy. We use SSL - which is industry-leading encryption and authentication software.
Your e-mail address will only be used to send you communication about your order unless you elect to become a part of our mailing list - then you'll get information about your order, our new arrivals, and any sales or discounts! We will never sell or release your e-mail to a third party.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. You will enter your payment information via Shopify's secure network.
How does your shipping process work?
Once you place your order, we will process it ASAP! Please note that if you place your order on a weekend, it will take a little extra time for it to be processed. After this step is finished, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail. Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Shipping. You should expect your order within 2-5 days of receiving your tracking number.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We do offer returns for store credit, but we can't offer exchanges due to limited inventory. Each customer is responsible for paying for their return shipping costs. Visit our returns page for a full description of our return policy.
What if an item I want is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, we do offer a wait list option. If you sign up for the wait list on an item, you will receive an e-mail if that item becomes available again.
Are wait list items guaranteed?
Signing up for the wait list doesn't guarantee an item, but it will guarantee that you are notified as soon as it's back in stock! Not all items will be restocked because we are limited to what our vendors can provide us.
